



We approached the Edita IPO holistically, partnering with the company as well as its investment bank advisors to develop a compelling equity story and narrative that was articulated perfectly within the boundaries of local regulatory guidelines and international best practices.

At the same time, we provided strategic counsel to Edita’s management team to develop key investor communication collaterals and mechanisms necessary for investor outreach by what would become the leading publicly listed FMCG player in the country. We focused on activities and communications that elevated the company’s profile ahead of listing, including the Investor Relations website, the ITF, the price range announcements, and other materials necessary prior to this key milestone.
