There are a few things we think you should know before we start working together.
- Nobody on our team actively trade equities on any of the exchanges on which our clients are listed — not of our clients or of anyone else. Our exposure to equities is through blindly managed mutual funds or similar vehicles.
- All of our work is done in-house. Our analysts are design-literate. Our designers know the difference between your income statement and your balance sheet. Our developers understand complex data structures that come with finance. To deliver high-quality product and to ensure the confidentiality of all material we handle, all work is executed by full-time staff who are covered by our NDAs with clients.
- We take data security seriously. Your confidential data is safe whether our team is working with it at the office, at home or in a hotel between flights. This includes redundant backups of our servers to secure platforms including Amazon and Microsoft in multiple geographic locations.
- Our EnterpriseIR platform is hosted on Amazon with instances in multiple geographies to provide greater than 99.99% uptime.
